How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in USA & China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (20 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Wonderful!! ( But sharp)
We live Philly Cheese steak subs and stir fry. So we got this so we didn’t have to pay for already thin sliced sirloin at the grocery store. We got a few pieces of Chucky sirloin and used it in this machine. A little tougher to do than on some of the videos but it really worked perfectly. Now cleaning was easy with the brushes but I did have to take the two sharp razor parts apart to clean. Did so and put back together being very careful not to cut myself. Little bit later looked down and saw a cut on each hand on fingers. So even being careful still resulted in cuts. So immediately ordered a set of filet gloves. Won’t use this thing without them just for safety sake. This is our firstbstir fry. We love it enough to keep it for sure!

It doesn’t work
I was so excited when I saw this product because I do a lot of thin beef And I always have to freeze the beef to be able to cut this thinWhen the product arrived, I directly brought a piece of Fresh meat to try the machine it goes halfway and then stop cutting very hard to deal with. The whole item is plastic and Not easy to cut at allWhen it went through the meat, the cutting size is beautiful, but it doesn’t go all the way and you have to re-do it manually. I directly packed it and stored it. I don’t think it’s an efficient way to cut meat at all.

Meat slicer
Only used once for a family pack of chicken breast I LOVE it! So easy to use, cut great and easy to clean! I cook a lot of Asian and Mexican style dishes so this is perfect.

Works pretty good
Super sharp! I cut chicken breast with the 4mm and the knife part is great! The suction cup base worked well, no complains there.My only complaint with this is that the ‘bowl’ is way too small. It basically only holds a 1/3 of a chicken breast. Making the bowl deeper would make this perfect, would be a great project for a 3d printer.

Buy some meat gloves
This works great but it is very sharp. I used some meat gloves with it after hitting myself with the blades. It made cutting chicken jerky for the dogs very fast and easy.

Impressed
The container is a little small and difficult to achieve longer strips of jerky but I did find I could double over a piece of meat and get longer strips that way.The base attaches very securely to a smooth surface.The blades are sharp and seem to cut evenly.My expectations were low with this product but I feel like it exceeded my expectations. And if you’ve sliced jerky by hand, as I have, this is a lot easier to get a uniform strip.

Not too shabby
Ok, so please make sure that the meat is well thawed. My portions of beef were still partially frozen so it was difficult to slice through parts.Be careful with pulling on an angle. I shaved the plastic guides twice and the blades slivered off 2 thin pieces.Easy to clean? Yes, use the little brush and some dish soap and it was clean in minutes.I had thin sliced jerky pieces in minutes. Now if only my dehydrator worked this quickly!

Great meat slicer!
I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with this meat slicer that i just had to give it a 5 star review. This product works really well. I make 3 lbs of jerky every week and slicing up my meat used to take me about 30 minutes and a lot of effort. With this product I can just cut meat in chunks and the slicer makes beautiful, thin slices all the same thickness in seconds with very little effort. I love this slicer! Definitely a game changer for making jerky.

Dangerous design, in my opinion.
In my 45 years of life I have never cut myself with a knife. Not cooking, not working in the yard or on the house, and not even with my hobbyist woodworking.The very first time I used this meat cutter I sliced my pointer finger to the bone. Got about half-way through cutting a pound of london broil for jerky meat using the 2mm setting. You have to saw decently hard at 2mm to cut through the meat, and eventually the suction cup released from counter and the whole thing slid forward until I stopped it, with my finger.So i’m going to toss it and do what I should have done to begin with and buy a deli meat slicer.

Game changer with venison jerky
It has saved me tremendous time slicing my venison jerky. Definitely takes a couple times to get the hang of it. I love how it locks down on the counter. Love the knife sharpener it comes with. Definitely a must have.

Great jerky knife
This knife is definitely not cheap and it didn’t come from the back streets of Japan this is well made and it will cut you just by looking at it very sturdy I never imagined this thing to be so nice and be careful cuz when you use the double blades it makes the slices extremely thin so good luck I love mine great product would buy it again if I need to but I don’t think I do this is a wonderful made product

I love it, make my meat slicing enjoyable, not torture, so fast, you can not believe how fast！Cleaning is easy, I run with hot water and it comes with brushes and knife sharpener , hooks to hang!!!I love it, and bought 2 ❤️

Unintended use
I breed turtles and bought this help save time chopping up nightcrawlers for baby turtles. It works awesome! It saves me a bunch of time. You should market that industry. It would be a good seller.

Perfect for Slicing fresh meat.
Opened this up, cleaned it up, sliced fresh chicken, seasoned it and now making fresh chicken jerky. This is a time saver and will be utilized in my kitchen often making jerky, Chinese dishes and wonton soups.

Stitches
Even after watching a video of the cleaning process where the man cut the tips of his fingers suggested to use the dishwasher instead and all the warnings on the label, I still had to grab the lower flimsy base while cutting. This ended up a trip to CareNow for stitches

Did not work well at all, blades seem sharp but they are dull in the end cause they couldn’t even slice through chicken meat, just smooched it down every time.. After trying it with sirloin beef and having it do the same, i got frustrated, rinsed this off and threw it in recycling bin!!

No safety guard, nearly took my fingertip off
This review was rejected once, but people need to know to hold the blade straight and keep your non-blade hand above the knife blades … . I’m terrified to clean the blades but will return it soon

At What Cost?
I’m torn with this one. It’s not an awful product, but I’m having trouble justifying it’s practicality… I got it for the convenience of quickly/evenly slicing meats for certain dishes that my family loves; but it’s not-so-convenient to clean it afterward, so it kind of defeats the purpose. Haha. Maybe if I needed to slice bulk amounts of meat all in one go, I might appreciate it more? But for just cooking for my family, it doesn’t seem to be worth the hassle of the clean-up process. Blades have performed fine so far, but I can’t say for sure how well/long they’ll keep up, since I really don’t use it a ton.

Meat Slicer
I was probably expecting too much of this slicer. Another reviewer mentioned slicing chicken, and I just don’t know how you’d do that. I chose two very large chicken breasts to try and cut, but they still didn’t fit snugly into the holder, and they have to fit snugly or the meat will just rock back and forth when you use the blades. I bought a large piece of ham, and after cutting it down to fit, that did work. However, having to cut it down means you have scraps of a good piece of meat, and I’m not sure that really helped. If the meat is taller than the cradle, then you have to slice downwards and hope the blades fit into the grooves when you get there. I suppose you could try and it a can of spam in there and that might work, but… I don’t know. This thing seems very limited, and probably too limited for me to get much good use out of. Over time, perhaps I might see a use for it once in a while, but unless they make a taller and wider cradle, and allow you to secure the meat to it while slicing it, then I’m not sure how much I’ll use it.

This toll has a good concept but sort of fails at the execution. You have to have the perfect sized cuts of meat for this to work well. I’m sure I will get occasional use out of it, but I’m a bit bummed.

Very inexpensive alternative to a meat slicerr
I really love this knife for how effective it is. We make sliced boiled pork all the time and it’s very hard to slice manually with a knife. And we never make enough ti warrant buying a meat slicer. So whe. I saw this I have to try it. And I have to tell u I was skeptical but it really does work and amazingly well too.It made quick work of our chunks of prk belly. In just a few passes I was able to break down a large pork belly into about 20 slices. And best of all I did not need to get my hands dirty at all touching the meat. It just sliced clean though it. Very sharp! The only downside is that it dies take a bit if time to clean as you wanna use a totally sticker knife every time so you have to use a brush washing it.

Good tool
This little meat slicer is a good tool. It’s slices meat, very thin, more thin than you could ever slice with a knife. Will need to cut the meat in a small chunk and then use a slight sign motion To move the blade through it. I like that I can run this through my dishwasher. It was easy to clean and safe to use.

Unique and very useful
This meat slicer makes perfect slices of fresh chicken, pork, or beef. It is easy to put together and easy to use. It is also easy to clean and comes with a brush to make it even easier.
