After receiving the shipment and one working and one not, was contacted by the seller who sent a new pair of hand warmers immediatelyThey are working flawlessly but more importantly the sellers response was immediate and sincere. Actually a little (pleasantly) surprised at the quality of the products and packaging. Using these for some arctic trips, so needed something with good performance, battery backup capability and the light was a bonus. Fast heat, good control and easy to use. Haven’t tried the battery backup, but expect it to work as advertised.

Worth the money

We live in New Hampshire and have an in home doggie daycare. We are outside with 20 dogs every day even when it’s in the teens. I do not like wearing gloves so I bought these. I used them on L3 and they keep my hands quite warm. They last at least all day. So glad I got them. Bought second set for our mail lady.

Heat up well, but won’t last nearly as long as advertised.

The heating on these works very well, but the quoted durations are off significantly.Of note, the quoted durations must be for the combined total of both warmers.Using both warmers at the same time on the absolute lowest single sided setting (L1) they only lasted for 6hrs total for each warmer. This was on a day that started out around 35F (1.66C) in the morning to 50F (10C) in the afternoon. Giving a total combined runtime to just 12hrs on the lowest setting. This is quite a bit lower than advertised.If you are getting these in hopes they will last a standard 8hr work shift, you’ll be left out in the cold by the end of the day.That said, the percent charge display is a nice touch.

Good product

I got one pair for me, and a set for each of my grandsons for x mas. One works construction and the other is a lineman. Here in Pennsylvania it’s been very cold recently. Both boys are making good use out of them. They are enjoying having that extra bit of heat during the cold weather

Working in a shipyard, right on the water….winters can be brutal, especially with the wind and humidity. Although it’s not cold long down here in the south, I didn’t want to buy disposable hand warmers anymore, so I read reviews and bought these. Charged them up and have used them for a few days…haven’t had an issue at all!! I put them on the H2 setting and they lasted all day with 30 percent battery life left on each of them…kept my hands plenty warm! Best part is the dual sided heating..no need to rotate them to get your whole hand warm…a few of my coworkers have also purchase them for themselves…I have also used them for a round of golf….performed flawlessly!!

Outstanding product

I use to use other “one time use” hand warmers, this product puts out incredible heat ranges, recharges fast, and you can select one side: two sides and a range of heat out puts !!A great product.. you can’t go wrong
