How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in USA & China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (20 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item

Electronics are mostly solid state
I received this tv. The box looked rough but they wrapped it carefully. I have been working with electronics for years. I was expecting the TV to start right up . I am very happy. High quality awesome sound and picture. Took a sec to play with the remote to setup I really did not like the app really needs to allow the scan qr as the first step. Once I got in everything else was cake to setup and connect to my gig network. Really enjoying did old school burn in watched a few movies back to back. All good thanks for making this available.

I can only say wow!!!!
This is the most awesome tv I have ever seen! It does take time and help to move this huge tv screen. It is heavy and very very large. My wife and daughter and a helpful neighbor put it on the wall, I didn’t replace the bracket for it, left it with the “feet” for it and it is perfect. It is actually too heavy to move around single handedly but not so much for a helper at the opposite end. Sound and picture are amazing!!!!!

Awesome piece of technology
So I couldn’t pass up the price of the TV. When I turned it on I was floored by the crisp picture. It’s going to replace the S*****g in our bedroom, which I was very disappointed with and ashamed to say how much we spent on it. There’s no picture freezing in the Hisense, like the other. We’ve had many brands over the years and Hisense has won my loyalty. Ordering one for my daughter.

Broken/Faulty blacklighting
I have faulty or broken backlighting all the way around the edge of the screen. I didn’t notice it at first until I started to notice the edges looked terrible. Then I couldn’t unsee it. It was all I could look at. I will be calling to get a replacement.

Well worth the money
Item didn’t arrive when Amazon originally said it would, not a huge deal, didn’t really expect it in two days anyways. It arrived with the box in great shape, no damage at all, was a little worried from other reviews. Unpacking wasn’t too difficult, I bought some different legs for it so it sits higher, these installed super easy.The picture is great coming from my 6 year old Vizio. Is it as good as my roommates Hisense u8, prob not, but at this price point, it’s more than good enough for me. I only notice the back lighting issues talked about in other reviews when the TV is booting up, otherwise haven’t noticed anything bad or annoying.I love that it is a Google TV, I have been using Google TV/Chromecast for years now, so nothing new to learn for me, plus I can control my Google home with this TV, which is awesome. My Xbox plays super smooth, noticed the high refresh rate right away, with movies and sports as well. My only complaint is the UI is a little sluggish at times, but that’s far from a deal breaker.If you’re on the fence about buying this TV, just buy it, you won’t regret it. I’m glad I splurged the extra 130 bucks or whatever it was at the time to get the 75 over the 65, 65’s are so 2020 lol. Can’t really comment on sound quality, it’s plenty good in my bedroom, in a bigger living room you may want a sound bar from what I’ve read in other reviews, I have bluetooth headphones I use most of the time anyways.

I love TV’s and computer monitors with IPS panels — wide viewing angle and easy on the eyes.
The Hisense 65QD7N has an IPS panel. If you research the difference between IPS and VA panels, you will be told over and over again that VA panels have a super high contrast ratio, meaning blacker blacks and whiter whites than an IPS panel. This is true. You will also be told that IPS panels have a wider viewing angle than VA panels. This is also true. If you read reviews about 65 inch TV sets, like reviews by the rtings web site, they will always give TVs with IPS panels a bad rating because it doesn’t have the high contrast ratio that VA panels have. VA panels suffer from a VERY narrow viewing angle. All of the VA panel TVs I’ve seen only look good if you are viewing it from a point perfectly perpendicular to the center of the screen. The poor viewing angle of VA TVs is often times so bad that two of the three people sitting on a couch watching TV or playing video games will not be happy and will want to trade seats with the guy in the middle seat. TV reviews, like the rtings web site, will often times describe TVs with IPS panels as “terrible” because of the low contrast ratio, but they will rarely describe TVs with VA panels as “terrible” because of the narrow viewing angle. If you will be watching TV or playing video games on your 65 inch TV with a couple of other people, then the Hisense 65QD7N is a good choice, especially at the $399 price. Don’t under-estimate the benefit of the wide viewing angle that this IPS panel gives you. And if you are a gamer with an xbox or similar, this TV rocks with native 144Hz 4K and Dolby Vision Gaming. HDMI ports 3 and 4 are both 4K 144Hz. HDMI ports 1 and 2 are 4K 60Hz. HDMI port 1 is used as the eARC port if you have a speaker system that needs it. But this TV also has a headphone out jack, so you can use the output from it as a “line-in” to typical powered stereo speakers. Technically speaking, the headphone out is not a “line level” signal, but it works as a line out — you just have to adjust the volume to get it right. One thing about “edge-lit” IPS panels that often times freaks people out when they first look at it is the glowing backlight coming through around the edges. It makes people think the screen is defective. It’s probably not — that is typical for “edge-lit” IPS panels when the brightness is up and the panel is displaying near black at those places. In actual use, once you have the brightness and other settings adjusted best for the lighting in your room and you are actually watching TV or Game content, that “backlight bleed through” will be barely noticable and only in certain scenes — and that’s only if you are actually looking for it. I am really glad I finally found a big TV with an IPS panel, and at a bargain price. Nice!AndyH

Came smashed up.
The TV looked great when I saw one in person. The one I ordered was smashed up in several places. Hisense does not pack their TV’s at all well enough to take ANY damage. If you are going to have it shipped to you via UPS, Fedex, or USPS I would not order it. It is shipped strapped to a pallet or in bulk to a big box store you might have a chance to get one undamaged. I install AV gear for a living and most companies like Hisense have dropped any padding or protection in the boxes down to next to nothing. I have no idea if they test the packing type at all before they go with it but I can’t see how they think it would protect it at all. Dang shame. Really nice monitor model and amazing features too. Just to bad that chances are it will be damaged in shipping to you.

Vibrant Outstanding and Blown Away
This 85″ Hisense replaces a 65″ 8 yr old Samsung and the difference in picture quality is amazing. Gorgeous picture, vibrant colors and it definitely has the shock and wow factor. It was delivered by 2 cute Amazon girls that carried into my doorway. It was so well packaged it took 45 minutes just to strip away all the thick cardboard & foam and packaging. It’s a heavy beast and I have a beefy wall bracket lagged into the wall studs. I was extremely surprised the remote works all the YouTube functions and I’m really surprised of the good sound, not a cheap tinny sound like my old Samsung. I also have it hooked up to my 16 channel 4K security cameras and I can switch to them almost instantly and holy canoly what a picture. I had some smaller Hisense TV’s from years ago that I gave away and are still working. Look out Samsung, cuz Hisense is taking over.

Great for gaming and watching movies
This TV is great value for its size, price, and performance. The OS has been super responsive and smooth, lots of customization and makes it really easy to setup. Playing games at 120hz with my xbox series S is also a breeze. However there are some picture settings i’d recommend messing around with or turning off. It has a frame interpolation mode that makes everything look kinda smeared and awful. I’d turn that off. Spend some time looking around in the picture and color settings and really fine tune it how you like. They give you many options and it’s very intuitive. The ram this TV has is also extremely surprising, i can watch a youtube video, press the prime button on the remote and watch a movie, then click the youtube button and it will open right back up to the same video i left off at. Super speedy no lag besides the occasional buffering from my own wifi connection. The TV gets plenty bright and works fine in my bedroom environment. It’s also compatible with surround sound setups, i use EARC for my setup but it has other options and ports for whatever you need. My only nitpick is the power port being on the other side not with the other ports making it kind of annoying to power with my current setup. But honestly a great buy if it’s on sale. Yes i’m a real person no i’m not a bot. Genuine review lmao i swear

Impressive TV
I am very happy with my purchase of this TV. Picture, sound and all the features are good. No complaints. Love having 4 HDMI. Setup is easy with Google since I have that account already. My small concern was adding my sound bar to the TV. It would not take it through optical connection like my previous TV. I didn’t try HDMI connection. However, my sound bar connected via Bluetooth to the TV readily. I am okay with using Bluetooth connection. Still would prefer a HDMI or Optical connection. Not a deal breaker. Sound, Picture and features offered on this are awesome. Highly recommend purchasing this TV for the Quality and value you are getting.

The tv itself is not oled quality, however is the same as the Samsung Q70D QLED HDR UHD 4K in picture quality and better since this tv cost a bit less.So far most of my Blu Ray movies look great and have very little to no drop in frames.Smooth motion when viewing a movie that has fast action scenes and the sound is far better than my previous Samsung tv.I am new to Dolby Vision and so far looks amazing on some of my 4k films, however on a couple of my 4k movies the collors looks washed & flat.Upon reading into Dolby Vision this is due to a couple of factors, one the tv is adjusting to the light in the room and the other is that the tv itself is not capable of outputting 2,000 nits.Ok this sounds bad but it is not an end all because the trueth of the matter is that the movie transfer is the main issue. As I mentioned some of my 4k movies look amazing so this tells me that most movie studios are lazy when it comes to remastering movies to 4k.Overall you can’t beat the value the tv brings you since you get a great picture and sound but I love the size, 85″ tv is a must have if you are into movies.To be fair the images I attached are streamed from my server so the accuracy is at about 95% since everyone in my household was online at the time.Would I recommend this tv, well yes since I don’t ever write reviews but I am happy to help if someone had any doubts about this tv.

Good TV, Poor Quality Control
I got 2 of the 65in model, they both came well packaged, one of the tv’s had a lot of backlight bleed, but support was able send out a replacement, and when that one also had backlight bleed, I got a partial refund. So poor quality control but otherwise works well. As a good user interface, runs at 4k 144hz with HDR. Speakers are pretty eh. But overall for 400$ I felt it was a fair deal.

Amazing picture. Meh backlighting. Awful sound
I am using this for my gaming pc. Complex images and games look great on this. Unfortunately the backlighting looks patchy and dark smudgy. Glows too brightly in some places. Makes scenes in particularly dark or bright rooms look bad. Also, the speakers are a tinny sounding joke. Don’t buy unless you have a separate sound system or intend to get one. I have decided not to attempt to return the tv because I destroyed the box already but I wouldn’t buy it again with the backlighting issue and I won’t be trusting hisense again.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THIS TV
The TV UI is blazing fast. And for the price it’s unbeatable. For ps5 it has 144 VRR and ALL. Absolute game changer. The sound does suck but a sound bar can definitely fix that!. The picture quality is superb i can’t lie.Last year i bought a 2023 LG AI TV and it was very slow and the remote was buggy. This tv was a lower price and the menus are very very snappy. I’d give it 10 stars if i could well done!

So far the TV is great, especially at $429
I priced and compared multiple TV’s and even had the AI tools do an analysis for me. So far, this TV has been a great buy. Picture quality is great, refresh rate is smooth, and it is a great functioning TV.Time will tell on how long it will last, but so far this TV has been great.

Above average TV for budget price
My goal for this unit was to get something better, not bigger, but better than I had in the past. I’ve seen a number of budget 4K units, especially during black friday sales and they all look like crap. I was willing to spend up to 1k for a TV that could do specs like 120hz, a decent dynamic range for color and brightness, and something that really pops for sports. Now, regular 1080p television, is not bad, but this TV really shines is the 4k. Thursday Night Football on Prime, you can see blades of grass, plain as day, and that isnt zoomed in. If the content is 4k, believe this TV is where its at. Is it a 3 grand LG OLED 86″? Um no. Its a fraction less in cost and produces maybe 80-90% of that wow factor in video. Not gonna complain about sound, you get what you pay for in an LCD sound, you should know that.

Well, it is big, but the picture is not very sharp, it has proficient speakers. I thought this Qled tv was going to be great but so far it is a dud. Ok never review a big screen when you are exhausted and have people over. After watching it today, I like it a lot better. I must figure out the remote but this tv is worth it.

Awesome tv at a great price! Our old vizio tv after 2 years was starting to do some weird flickering thing so we decided to buy a new tv because they are all on sale now for the super bowl. Anyway we decided on this hisence one and let me tell you it’s great ! We were not about to spend 1000 or over that for a qled or oled and this one is qled and it’s awesome! I love that its a goole tv i actually like all the google apps are right there since thats what we use anyway such as youtube youtube tv and such. Its Such an upgrade from our standard 4k! Anyway picture sound quality everything on this 75 inch is great! I was so worried about delivery but it was not damaged at all, they use a seperate delivery service and i guess they know what they are doing! Anyway everything was great and the tv is hudge! Wonderful upgrade definitely buy this while it’s still on sale, if you want an upgrade from a regular 4k on a budget!

Good quality TV but delivery not great
First one arrived completely damaged and a broken screen. Contacted Amazon support chat and they sent out a replacement and scheduled a day to have the broke up picked up. Replacement arrived in perfect condition. Picture quality is great and easy to set up. Customer support was so helpful and easy.

TV is great with the 144 hrtz refresh rate for modern gaming systems. Turn the dynamic contrast to keep the brightness stable. Dolby vision works without issue. I have the 65in. 4 hdmi ports in total. 2 are HDMI 2.0 and 2 are HDMI 2.1 ( 1 is the eARH).

Great budget, poor build quality.
The price was excellent, but this TV has a lot of backlight bleed. Delivery was solid.When colors are on the screen it’s a great quality picture, smooth for gaming.Just blacks make me stare at the imperfection versus enjoying the actual picture on the TV.

Great Big Screen TV
We bought four Hisense big screen TVs or varying sizes (75 inches, 65 inches, and two 55 inches). Frankly, I was a bit skeptical, but they have made a believer out of me! These are great smart TVs, wonderful clear/sharp pictures both via WiFi and Category 5-6 cables.
